心太软 (Molten Lava Cake):
Next up was the 心太软, or Molten Lava Cake, which is one of my all-time favorite desserts. This indulgent treat arrived beautifully plated with a dusting of powdered sugar, a scoop of velvety vanilla ice cream, and a drizzle of rich chocolate sauce.

To round off the meal, I opted for their house specialty dessert. The 甜品 featured a selection of bite-sized treats that included traditional Hong Kong sweet soups, mochi, and almond cookies. Each item was skillfully prepared, and the variety allowed for a journey through different textures and flavors.
