It's been a few years since I've had NOVE, and as my memory serves me the pork chop rice was delicious.Today we tried some dim sums, most of them were above par, especially the wonton in chicken soup and the prawn toast.The pork chop rice was of course one of the key dishes we got, the rice was a bit wet although the seasoning and the pork chop are still good. Hope it was just a one-time thing. Of course we tried some new dishes too, the pot of Kai Lan was absolutely delicious, and very very hot

Of course we tried some new dishes too, the pot of Kai Lan was absolutely delicious, and very very hot. The dried shrimp were huge, and that added a lot of flavour and aroma to the pot.
