Tea Hub is like a fresh breath of air in the old neighborhood surrounding it, and you can easily spot it out on the street with its refreshing and instagrammable interior design. Although I wanted to try their signature chiffon cake, I ended up ordering my favorite cheesecake 😎(with no regrets). The earl grey cheesecake I ordered was baked, so the texture was firmer and thicker than regular no-bake cheesecakes, which I thought quite suited the rich earl grey flavor, as I could savour each bite that slowly melted in my mouth. I also really liked the crispy flakes on top that complemented the smooth cheesecake texture.

Their savoury dishes were super pretty too, although not quite as remarkable in terms of taste.

I had the Cloud Toast with Bluepea Cheese Spread ($58), which came with a refreshing salad. The egg cloud was super fluffy, just like eating cotton candy, but didn't have much taste, nor did the bluepea cheese spread.

We also ordered a set, which had a starter (we chose salad with homemade dressing), noodles in cold tea soup (or you could get chazuke), 2 sides out of 4 choices (we got the sweet rose chicken wings and mackerel with roselle sauce), and a tea. The sauces of the sides were really unique and delicious, and the cold tea soup made the noodles extra chewy and tasty, but there was a little too much for us...
