I just back from dinner with my freind in "three on the bunch". I agree that the environment is good. I can see that the host has put a great deal of effort in the interior design. Yet tonight, half of the dining place was reserved for a party for a group of girls. The girls did make the dining place as noisy as in the wet market, they are very noisy that bother the other dinners. I think the host can actually make a better arrangement on this, say only allowing booking the whole dining place, i
In terms of the food, I think it did over-priced a lot. The soup is like a congee made of flour and water, there is no taste at all. And the steak I ordered was very stiff, and also no taste at all. Luckily I did also order an appeitizer, the potato skin, it is the best in the dinner. Yet I think there is still a lot of room to improve for the main course.
Another point I would raise is the service of the waitress. I appreciate their politeness and their sincere smile to the customers, yet I hope in terms of organizing the event and food quality, they would pay more attention to them. To make the place a true dining place with good environment, but not a good place for gathering only.
