Lately I have been looking for small shops, too many chain stores, too boring, I always prefer and support small shops like mom-and-pop ones~ Today I am looking for somewhere for a quiet place with nice coffee and brunch... Suddenly recall this place where I have passed by quite many times... 3 young ladies are behind the small corner, each of them have different responsibilities, baking, preparing coffee and serving the customers. Cant believe they can work harmoniously in such a small space! They are very patient for my questions, I have been asking quite a few questions about food and coffee before I ordered~
三位年轻女孩于此细小角落，担当著不同角色：烘焙、冲咖啡及招待客人。实在很难想像她们如何于细小空间愉快地合作～ 于点餐前问了几个关于食物及咖啡的问题，她们各自耐心解答，感觉很不错～

Americano, the barista said this is their own blend coffee with both fruity and nutty flavour~ Not much smell, smooth texture, nice nutty flavour, not really much fruity flavour tho~
美式咖啡，负责冲咖啡解说这是她们自家混合的咖啡，果味及坚果味较浓～ 奉上时咖啡味不太浓，入口顺滑，坚果味果然香浓，但不太觉有果味～

Special croissant, it's like a sandwich, they put veggie salad with Caesar source and some duck breast inside. This is my first time of having duck breast and veggie with croissant. The croissant is a surprise: freshly baked, airy, very nice flaky layers and crispy (so you can guess it took a long time for them to bake)! I don't really like the watery Caesar source which adds difficulty in eating the croissant without making a mess! I'm not a duck breast fans so it's also not impressive to me. Luckily all the 3 ingredients match and overall it tastes pretty nice. I'm pretty sure next time I will order plain croissant~
特式牛角包，有点像三文治，中间夹了以沙律菜配Caesar酱及鸭胸粒。从来没有试过牛角包配鸭胸肉这个组合。牛角包十分有惊喜：新鲜出炉，既松且香脆（可想而知需时制作）！水水的沙律酱令吃牛角包时十分狼狈，鸭胸亦没有特别惊喜，幸好三种食材没有冲突，味道也算不错。下次来肯定会点最基本的牛角包～
Overall the experience is nice, one can space out a bit or stare at the street when having the coffee and food without being disturbed. Such small shop deserves support~
整个体验来说是不错的，喝咖啡及吃食物时可以放空一下或望望忙碌的街道而不被骚扰～ 此类小店实在值得支持呢！
