First opened in Kyoto, Japan in 2014 and finally made it to Hong Kong early this year.The beef katsu has a crispy coating on the outside yet the steak was tender and juicy (some may preferred to be cooked longer though). Savory aside, they have a nice selection of desserts. The marshmallow vanilla gelato came with chocolate and pistachio flakes that added additional flavor to the awesome dessert.
Spacious seating arrangement that is not too clustered.
