I never expected there is a restaurant have such delicious Western cuisine in Sai Wan, and they even have seafood! From the menu, every dish look supper yummy. At the end, my brother and I randomly picked a few of dishes and some wines to try.The vibes in the restaurant is very comfortable and relax, dining here feels very peaceful. The Char-grilled US Angus ribeye steak 12oz with roast vegetables was tender and juicy, with every bite oozing with flavor. The vegetables helped to balance the richness of the steak, making it refreshing and delicious. The steak was perfectly seared and very aromatic.
The SOUS VIDE WAGYU CARPACCIO WITH BALSAMIC CREAM was simply top-notch. The unique aroma of the wagyu filled my mouth, and the sous vide process made the texture even more delicate. The balsamic cream was very fragrant.
My brother’s favorite was the FRESH CLAM LINGUINE WITH BASIL & GARLIC SAUCE. The clams were incredibly fresh, and he joked that they still had the taste of the ocean. The linguine was very springy, and the seasoning was perfectly balanced. It was really delicious.
We also ordered red wine and white wine. Enjoying the meat while savoring the wines was fantastic. The white wine was sweeter, while the red wine was more robust and very appetising.
My brother and I had a wonderful dinner here, and I highly recommend bringing your loved one for a meal!
