I heard of this place quite often from social media, the famous butcher clubs burger. And I finally had a chance to try it today with major disappointment.There are plenty of options yes, and we ordered a Wu tang burger and a Hogtown.What came was surprising... Surprisingly small. I've honestly never seen a burger of this size, I'm from America and this is not acceptable at all.
The taste was also underwhelming. The beef was a bit dry and completely not juicy, nor does it have beef taste to it.
Their duck fat fries are huge chunk of potatoes cut up and fried in duck fat, which sadly also has no flavour whatsoever.
The only reason why I think this chain is so popular is because local HK people haven't tried real American burgers before, but this place really isn't even half the quality nor taste of a simple street corner $5 burger joint in north america.
