A staple in the Tsuen Wan a la carte noodle game, Ming Yueng is a humble joint with friendly jie jie staff. The choices are abundant, ranging from the adventurous beef tendons to the tasting fish tofu. The beef brisket soup is flavorful but yet not tasting like msg. I ordered a big bowl, and felt quite satisfied with my choicesThe fish tofu and brisket are of course no joke, a taste you can probably get in Hong Kong. I like the seaweed add as well. The mango ice tea marks the perfect end to this
