There are a lot of East meet West creations these days in Hong Kong, and one shouldn’t be missed is this Mantou burger, served by The Beef & Leaf in Argyle Center, aka “旺中”.  The burger is smaller than your regular burger, soft and fluffy mantou, fairly juicy beef patty stuffed with a wonderfully soft boiled egg. The melted cheddar cheese reminds me of McDonald’s hamburger, which is alright, but I like the mustard aioli that has added great flavor to the bao.
