I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The seafood was absolutely delicious, and the fact that we could sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze made it even more enjoyable. One unique aspect of this place (Sai Kung) is that you can choose the seafood you want from the fish tank and even suggest how you'd like it to be cooked. In addition to the lobster, we also ordered a variety of other seafood dishes, including steamed shrimps, Stir fried clams with blank beans sauce, fried crab with Typhoon Shelter style, sea snails in spicy wine sauce, and stir-fried broccoli with garlic. We couldn't resist trying the Supreme Soy Sauce Fried Noodles as well. Each dish was prepared with great care and tasted amazing.
Despite the restaurant being quite crowded on that Thursday night (maybe it was close to Mother's day), the waiters remained incredibly busy. However, whenever we needed assistance, they promptly attended to us once they finished their current tasks. Their services were impressive.
Overall, I really enjoy dining at this restaurant, especially when I'm accompanied by my friends. The combination of tasty seafood, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service makes it a great choice for a memorable dining experience.
