Wow such a generous bowl of hummus, classic flavor simple and delicious, I just scoop them one spoon after another like eating ice cream😂. Just a little bit grainy on the texture which I don’t really mind, but some might prefer it to be creamier.

Hot hot hot! It’s made to order, served piping hot and so puffy. It’s soft yeasty and tender. Perfect complement to those delicious dips. One is definitely not enough, so we added one more to finish those dips (tho at $30, the flatbread is pretty small...) 🤣

Made with green tomatoes, the taste profile differs significantly from the traditional shakshuka, but I like the spicy kick and those crunchy squash. The egg in there was a bit over cooked though, missing the oozy creamy yolk to bind everything.

It’s such an iconic dessert in Middle East / greek? not sure about its origin, it’s layered with paper thin filo pastries glazed with sugar syrup and tops with crushed pistachio. It’s so crunchy and you can taste those delicate layers melting in your mouth, it’s like a mille feuille but way lighter and delicate. Surprisingly not too sweet, a perfect dessert to finish the meal.
