Raisin bread is simple bun with just flour and raisin only. Sometimes simple doesn't mean easy. It's difficult to get the same taste as in my childhood. Among all bread shops in town, I like A1’s raisin bread as it has the taste in my memory. The bun is soft with crispy skin, and raisin are spreading all over it. The bread has kept its moisture that you won't feel thirsty even after finishing the whole bun.
