I remembered it has been years that trying Francis in Hong Kong! Francis is possibly the eldest and mist renowned Middle-Eastern restaurant in HK! They recently opened Francis West in Peel Street, Central for expansion. I could only say they master the spices so well that you can hardly find any else where in HK! We tried the Brunch menu on Saturday. The menu covers a variety of Middle Eastern staples with authentic flavours.⭐️FRANCIS MEZZE SELECTION(frena/hummus/pickles/matbucha/avocado/cigars)
