First thing that came up to my mind after taking a bite: I HAD to write a review on this to let everyone know how amazing their churros are! This churro place is very new in HK and all of the employees (including the owner) are foreigners. I wanted to try out their lemon pie flavor but unfortunately, they ran out. ! This churro place is very new in HK and all of the employees (including the owner) are foreigners. I wanted to try out their lemon pie flavor but unfortunately, they ran out. I chose the crunchy matcha instead. The churros are warm and fresh when I got it. It is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside

. It's well seasoned with cinnamon sugar and isn't greasy at all. I'm not sure what kind of oil they use but the oil is definitely fresh. My churros were coated with matcha dipping. To me, the colouring looks somewhat artificial and the matcha flavor wasn’t very outstanding. But the froot loops topping upgraded the entire experience in terms of the crunchiness and flavoring

. All of the ingredients seemed very sweet on its own but the flavours were nicely combined. The paper bag and the shape of the churros are designed to be eaten easily without getting our hands dirty

. Appearance-wise, the churros reminded me of Christmas wreaths.

Side-note: the store doesn't provide an eating area except for a small trash can by the door. Everyone please stay safe when you are eating on the street at times like this!!!
