We started off with ordering a set dinner for two, spaghetti aglio olio, french fries with honey mustard and black truffle mashed potato. The soup came, it was delicious! We had to satisfy our curiosity by asking our server who was nice enough to tell us it was Scallop and Cheddar Soup. Did i mention it was delicious? The Spaghetti Aglio Olio came next. Well peppered with slightly seared garlic slices and herbs, fragrant and the spaghetti just nicely done, al dente. The Spring Chicken was warm,

The Spring Chicken was warm, slightly crispy skin, juices locked inside the freshly roasted bird. Once again, our server, great attention to detail, sliced it up into manageable pieces. It was so delish I used my fingers to lick the bones clean. So unladylike, I know! And was promptly brought a piece of wet tissue to wipe my fingers. Whoa!
The finale was a really amazing Creme Brulee, just the right texture, the caramelized sugar beautifully done, vanilla seeds bursting forth with flavour and a zest of lemon. Lovely!
Fantastic service, that alone is more than a 5 star experience. Thank you, Peter for the kind of attention to detail you have for your customers. You really set the bar for customer service!
