A restaurant with questionable ethics.

We went into this restaurant on Friday at around 8:30 and ordered a two people set  which cost about  $700. We chose our selection of the salad, hot dish, fried dish and so.. assuming the dishes will come in order as Japanese meal is supposed.  We waited 30 minutes and the first dish came to the table was the fried dish. We told the manager it is not in the right order and ask to send it back. Then they quickly put together the salad but it was not what we ordered so we told them that and they s

We chose our selection of the salad, hot dish, fried dish and so.. assuming the dishes will come in order as Japanese meal is supposed.  We waited 30 minutes and the first dish came to the table was the fried dish. We told the manager it is not in the right order and ask to send it back. Then they quickly put together the salad but it was not what we ordered so we told them that and they said it was the right order  hoping we forgot what was picked. I ask to see the menu because we picked the order from a photo then  they told us what we ordered was not available and that they have told us which they didn't. Sigh...And they just left the salad on the table without saying much further. I think they want to let us know they ran out of food but not sure as no one came back to explain what is going on. Because we were sitting at the sushi bar and saw no progress on our order I told the waitress I am going to leave. And again no response so we left. Nobody came to explain to us what is going on. Food are shoved to us as they wishes. This hygiene of the sushi  bar is questionable the glass is covered with condensation meant it was left open or the fridge is just broken. Raw fish inside looked dark and dried up especially the uni looking like it was there for a long time. I totally agree with the other reviewer. I think the positive comments it has received is rigged. I doubt the restaurant's sincerity and ethics.
