Simplicity in store design, manned by a 2 person team. Coffee is measured on a digital scale - if you're into preciseness of the whole process from the weight of the milk to the amount of grinded coffee... then this shop delivers.
I'm an americano drinker (the only way to get a good taste of the brew without going all condensed espresso).
I ordered a house brew - and must say it didn't entirely blow me away, it had a delicate fragrant taste just light enough on the tip of your tongue but then that just stops there. It was like a coffee that started off great but didn't really follow-through with any deep notes to finish. I had high hopes considering this place 'only' sold coffee, but was let down by a brew that was too light and didn't hit above its weight. But.. I guess its a great place for an instagram photo?
