1011 Sip Tea is one of many bubble tea shops from Taiwan and they have started to branch out into Hong Kong. Much to my surprise, they opened a branch in Causeway Bay with a Snoopy theme!The entire shop had the various Peanuts characters in astronaut uniforms! As it's also a Snoopy pop-up theme, it has Snoopy items for sale, But you must order a drink before you can purchase an item. The staff was very nice to explain things to me even in English when I looked a bit confused.The menu is in Engli

The menu is in English and Chinese. All drinks sold at this pop-up are bottled in a Snoopy crossover plastic bottle.
They also had one drink with a Snoopy marshmallow.
I ordered the Honey Lemon Chia Seeds ($40). There was a lot of chia seeds along with their white boba as well. The drink was really good. A refreshing taste, not too sweet with a fresh lemon taste. The boba was a bit harder than most places but it was still chewable.
Definitely be back and try more drinks and hopefully buy some souveniers.
