We decided to have Valentine dinner at Tosca and what a disappointment ! We had chosen the second seating at 8h30 pm though the first food only arrived around 10 pm and it was very clear : bad food. Here is the overview :* amuse bouche : totally tasteless* salmon carpaccio : was not carpaccio. Was a piece of Salmon they threw into a plate with Orange sauce on top (which was a total mismatch).* a ravioli (one) which came (I guess) out of a can. With black truffle which was completely tasteles

* Crayfish : was OK
* dessert : came 90 minutes after the last meal (alraedy after midnight) and was just fine.
Total bill (without the drinks) : 2700 HKD plus service. Roughly 350usd per person.
A total disappointment and if these guys get a Michelin star, then McDonalds should get them as well. We inform them (Michelin) !
Never again.
