为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

The staff said there’s no minimum charge but they actually create one for you. They had been pushing us to get their dinner set which has a minimum of $398. We didn’t want that much so we just ordered a fried rice and four scallops. They probably thought we ordered too little and came back charging us four scallops for $240, which is way more expensive than restaurants of similar class in 鲤鱼门.
