A Very BAD experience at the shop!

I won a complimentary popcorn coupon from the facebook game at hk ifc mall to redeem a free pack of popcorn from Garrett.  I visited the shop today at around 7pm since the coupon is going to be expired, but this experience was so much "impressive"!  I was served by a female staff, who should be the most senior person at the shop during that moment.  Holding the coupon, I was then treated immediately with a black face and unfriendly attitude, while to other customers who were paying real money fo

I won a complimentary popcorn coupon from the facebook game at hk ifc mall to redeem a free pack of popcorn from Garrett.  I visited the shop today at around 7pm since the coupon is going to be expired, but this experience was so much "impressive"!  I was served by a female staff, who should be the most senior person at the shop during that moment.  Holding the coupon, I was then treated immediately with a black face and unfriendly attitude, while to other customers who were paying real money for a pack of popcorn the tone is totally different!  I can hardly believe such staff who provides such a service can still be able to work at the ifc shopping mall.  That staff was actually looking down at me and made me so angry for receiving such a response!  I'm not a beggar to go there and ask for food!  I just went there to collect my gift, MY gift that I deserved at winning the game!  If the shop is not willing to give away such offers why your company joined this promotion with ifc mall at the very beginning?! 

I will never go back again, even if it's free of charge!  Thanks so much!
