A very long wait - and no apology

Date night with my wife and we were looking forward to having a good time. Friday night. Ordered a vegetarian salad with feta, skinny fries and the roasted salmon. Happy hour the drinks are very cheap at only HK30. Prices overall are a bit higher than the competition. After 20 mins the fries arrived. 30 minutes - the salad. 40 Minutes - nothing - by then it was 9.15 PM ... we asked twice about the status and we were told they were just plating the dish ... and that alone took more than 10 Minute

After 20 mins the fries arrived. 30 minutes - the salad. 40 Minutes - nothing - by then it was 9.15 PM ... we asked twice about the status and we were told they were just plating the dish ... and that alone took more than 10 Minutes - the roasted salmon finally arrived 50 (!) minutes after the ordered placed and the restaurant was not even busy ! We were somewhat expecting an apology or something but the staff did not seem to care ... anyway all other dishes were fine but the salmon was average with a very bland seasoning. Asked for the bill and left - again the staff did not apologise in any way. Not worth the wait.
