I have heard good comments on their salad for a long time, but my office is in Central so it took me extra effort traveling all the way to Wan Chai to try their salad. The store was already packed without any free tables so I ended up getting takeaway. First of all the staff at the salad bar was very rude, he asked me what I want I told him salad and pointed at the empty paper box like the previous male customer in front of me did. Coz there are two types of salad, u can choose the chicken xxx o
First of all the staff at the salad bar was very rude, he asked me what I want I told him salad and pointed at the empty paper box like the previous male customer in front of me did. Coz there are two types of salad, u can choose the chicken xxx or like me pick ur choices ...of four. He was then with his eyes wide open then the air frozen for several seconds then said 'I thought u were pointing at the chicken one!' I thought ok, if you didn't know, isn't it your job to ask the customer to confirm? Then here I go to picking my choices of salad.. I said tomato, then he said 'I thought you said xxx!'
What's wrong with his attitude? Such strange service and response. If you cannot hear the customer correctly, you just reconfirm by asking politely! Will never go back again for such service!
Haha almost forgot about the food, for the salad is jus average and soggy. It costs HK$63 for small box of 4 choices. I think there are much better one in Central with better service. Sigh
What a grievous Tuesday!
