Wanting only a light lunch and a bit of casual mindless lazing about at a cafe. So, came to Plaunk to do just that.Like any cafe they, they have a range of coffee and other drinks along with light meals and desserts. Menu is in Englsh and Chinese.If you order any item from the Brunch section, you can add $10 for any small coffee. I did just that and ordered a latte. The latte was a bit meh. This is the Hawaiian Bikini ($88). It thin pressed sandwich with ham and cheese, spread with pineapple and mango jam. The sandwich was pretty good. A mix of salty and sweet and little bit spicy from some chilli's tossed in. It held together well and was just plain satisfying. The salad was not dressed at all. It was just a glop of lettuce on the side. Not even a drizzle of anything.
Food was fine except for the salad. Coffee wasn't that good. Service was very friendly. Unsure if I'd return as nothing really drew me back.
