Wow-ing your palette with amazement, Next station is trying to put weird ingredients together (successfully), such as 😱pepper(胡椒) VS chocolate. When you have a bite of pepper chocolate lava cake, an explosion 💥simply happened inside the mouth; spicy, pungent but you want MORE! .Test tube is gimmicky yet. The rack (from left to right) includes cucumber wasabi shaved ice, mojito (white rum jelly, lime Mousse, mint jelly) and Earl Grey Panna Cotta served with expresso foam.My fear just simply disap

Test tube is gimmicky yet. The rack (from left to right) includes cucumber wasabi shaved ice, mojito (white rum jelly, lime Mousse, mint jelly) and Earl Grey Panna Cotta served with expresso foam.
My fear just simply disappeared right after the first sip of wasabi shaved ice; for fear that it would be so pungent and take away a drop of my tear.it's refreshingly sweet, without any sense of strong spiciness while it clears your palette and get you ready for another test tube experiment.
Earl Grey mousse is contrastingly silky with a hint of elegant floral nose and flavour. While the lime mouse is quite rare at our usual dessert list, it is a special citrus sourness, which the flavour has been enhanced by the addition of white rum at the bottom.
