We chose to have hotpot on our anniversary of wedding registration instead of "Stables Grill" coz 17 Dec that day was sooooooo cold!!! Finally, we'd made the right choice!Environment - neat and tidy...u can't expect too much from a restaurant in Kowloon city, but it is clean. Food - GREAT!
(1) 手切肥牛- 很好味﹗油脂分布理想﹗肉色鲜美﹗
(2) 脆肉鲩鱼- 很新鲜﹗肉色红润﹗
(3) 老友鬼鬼- 好香脆﹗
(4) 日本广岛蚝 - 细细只，好新鲜甜美﹗
(5) 鱼皮饺- 用心制作﹗
(6) 西生菜- 可惜没有皇帝菜﹗
(7-8) 冬阴功加蕃茄薯仔汤底﹗好正，前者劲有味﹗又足料﹗后者十分甜﹗
(9) 甜点赠送 - 椰青糕 - 好特别好好味
Overall, it was so nice!!! Everything was so perfect! It was even better than our favorite hotpot venue - 火锅馆!! Must revisit it!
