It was a wonderful experience at The Thirtysix Bar on Hollywood Road in Central. The staff were extremelywelcoming and friendly, the service was excellent.The place was beautiful and The ThirtySix boasted a decoration inspired of luxurious train carriages.There were many cocktail options to satisfy all tastes and the food was amazing! The very best Foie gras & oyster I ever had! The seaweed wrapped into foie gras and oyster, it's crispy and at the same time so juicy.
Eggplant caprese, eggplant rolled a lot of cheese, delicious, really unique.
Cuttlefish （xinjiang ）delivered a fresh and crunchy texture.
OX tongue was deliciously crunchy, it also successfully retained its firmness. Unagi avocado roll were served with Avocado and an eel. It's protein heavy, and with all that fish and the avocado, it's fatty, but with healthy fats. It was also paired with a variety of sauces allowing customers with
different tastes to satisfy their cravings.
Blue Cheese burger was a rich blue cheese. Whilst tender, the dish did not fail to capture the natural taste of beef. This dish was undoubtedly a must try.
For the drinks, my favorite drink was Rosemary Pomegranate fizz, it’s red. I love the way the rosemary looked and the subtle taste the herb infused into the cocktail as it sat. If you haven’t yet
decided what to serve on at you. I recommend this delicious and pretty drink.
My second choice was pineapple hibiscus, the taste was so exciting and it bubbled just like a bubbly champagne. It was also great to serve on a hot summer day, so relaxing.
Overall, the place was quite a statement at this stylish of the equally fashionable and luxurious , and there was still that lovely private room separated with curtains. There were dining options galore and impressive selection of whiskies in the Thirtysix bar.
