I have yet to experience customer service as terrible as I had received in this restaurant, in Hong Kong (apart from Australian Dairy Company of course, which is expected) and FYI, I’ve lived here my entire life. They ran out of plates, which I brushed off. However, it took approximately 10 minutes to get us new plates. On top of that, one of the servers were extremely rude - she spoke with a rude, impatient tone, often replying to simple requests, such as asking for the bill, without even glanc

On top of that, one of the servers were extremely rude - she spoke with a rude, impatient tone, often replying to simple requests, such as asking for the bill, without even glancing at us. Furthermore, the food itself wasn’t that great either. The roasted chicken was dry and the salmon in the risotto we ordered was bland and tasteless. Definitely would not recommend.
