above average because of their good portion sizes.also enjoyed their banchan - big, large variety... but then again i came with 3 other people.ordered:stir fried octopus: if you have read my other reviews this is the standard that i always order at korean restaurants. the sauce was good and it wasn't too greasy, which is good. i would recommend this dish. however the octopus was a bit too tough. could have been more tender.stewed beef ribs: big chunks of meat, nice slightly thick braising sauce

stewed beef ribs: big chunks of meat, nice slightly thick braising sauce with turnips and dates and carrots. pretty good. if you want more tender meat order oxtail instead.
stir fried vermicelli: they are generous with their ingredients. lots of beef slices and vegetables here and there. however the vermicelli may have been overcooked. it was a bit too soft i think.
bulgologi (bbq) beef: very flavorful. marinade is really good.
grilled mackerel: again very adequate portions. cooking time was just right. fish was fresh and flakes in the mouth - good
service wasn't awesome and there was quite a lack of staff.
points are also deducted for the environment - very dim lighting and place appears shabby and old. but it's spacious.
worth a try, overall i'd give it a 7.5 out of 10.
