📍Tenzushi 天鮨Thanks to 有心人 in order to give Tenzhushi a try. Being one of the most difficult place to book in HK, with easily over a year’s wait, high expectation is inevitable. Food wise, all I can say is it is acceptable. The shari isn’t my cup of tea as I prefer shari with more acidity.
I think out of all the pieces of the day, only the 赤魷魚配愛媛地膽 gave me a wow factor and the other pieces were rather average. I liked the chawanmishu. It’s filled with a generous amount of crab meat. The small dot of crab roe was very rich. I liked the grilled fish too. Hot and crispy.
I also wasn’t a fan of their dessert. It was a sweet potato Mochi wrap. I am not a carbs on carbs type of person 😅
That sums up the meal. Nothing extraordinary but nothing much to complain except that it’s shari was not my cup.

Revisit: 7/10 (coz shari is not my type)
