One of the better wonton noodles soups in the city. Excellent wontons—flavorable and filled with shrimp that pop in the mouth. The noodles have a alkaline flavor and wonderful chewiness. The broth is well rounded but given the richness of the wontons and fish balls, I added a bit of vinegar and some chili oil. The standout ingredient in the fish balls, as they are clearly handmade, meaty, and lack the rubbery texture common in the majority of other shops in HK. At 35$, this place is a steal. Be

Be prepared to share a table as service is brisk and they’ll cram in as many as possible.
