Arrived at 12:00 where there was not busy at all but they sat us down nearby the family of 4 people when there was plenty of seats available. We ordered the hainanese chicken set through the QR code so we expected the place has no service at all which is fine we know places like this in Hong Kong. 10% service charge compulsory is totally non sense and tips are not for staff as far as I know. We ordered the hainanese chicken set through the QR code so we expected the place has no service at all which is fine we know places like this in Hong Kong. 10% service charge compulsory is totally non sense and tips are not for staff as far as I know.
Food was absolutely terrible the chicken was plain, rice are soggy, veg are not fresh and the soup was super greasy. Just the sauce and the Thai tea acceptable.
So this place is zero service, not cheap and not a acceptable range for the value of money food are disgusting in terms of taste, presentation and hygieness.
We strongly would not recommend this place. see image for reference and decide yourself.
