I was so glad I went to Bariuma because they had this new soupless ramen which is mixed with their homemade sauce and fragrant spring onion oil topped with diced chashu, cucumber and an onsen egg.Also had the ramen in broth which is delicious as the broth is rich and thick.Sadly every time I come here I always forget to order the chicken chashu which comes in chicken broth so I ordered and extra chicken broth to try.It tasted like Western chicken soup and is thick as well.The gyozas have a crisp
