Today is my first time trying this terrible restaurant. The food is OK but the service was totally horrible. We wait more than half an hour for our main course to put on our table, while the Chinese Manager Mr. Kevin Tsang explained their internal procedure to us in order to rationalize that wasted half hour. No any words in dictionary could tell how bad the attitude Mr. Kevin Tsang was, which makes me write this post just after I had the lunch in such a dump restaruant. When we want to talk
This restaurant is under Al Dente Group Hong Kong. With such a bad experience, I will never dine in any shops under the Al Dente Group, include Al Dente, Le Souk and Sahara in Soho, Al Dente WanChai, Al Dente Habour Road and Al Dente TST branch, as well as Grill 28 in Wan Chai. For sure, this Cenacolo is already carved on my blacklist. Thanks Mr. Kevin Tsang to letting me know how bad will the Al Dente Group treat their customers and I totally understood how "valuable" customers are for this restaurant Group.
