At first I afraided that I wouldn't be able to finish it as it seems very sweet. Eventually it's just as good as others mentioned. The chestnut cream were silky smooth and had the perfect sweetness and match well with both the outer plain shaved ice and the hojicha ice hidden inside. Finally tried this icy dessert that the whole town talked about. At first I afraided that I wouldn't be able to finish it as it seems very sweet. Eventually it's just as good as others mentioned. The chestnut cream were silky smooth and had the perfect sweetness and match well with both the outer plain shaved ice and the hojicha ice hidden inside. After eating too much of the cream and the sweetness started to kick in, there you can find the biscuit crumbles at the inner most of the dessert to balance it out. Tho it's not difficult for one person to finish it but I would prefer to be shared. Also was surprised by the fact that they offer wagashi and with such price! Tho they have difficult looks, all of them are actually mochi stuffed with bean paste.
