By far our favourite spot for gathering especially for celebrations. Always enjoyed and had good times dining at Que. This is one of their new store conveniently located at Kwai Fong station. Good to see familiar faces as well from their friendly service team. Managed to grab their currently promoted limited edition tote by a local illustrator. Very nice tote by the way with adorable cats. Simply spend $600 or more and you’ll get both the tote and A4 folder 😍. As for food we had these this time
**Kani miso Crab Meat Risotto with uni cream**🦀
Love both the crab meat and uni combo. Absolutely umami packed. Risotto is just right if you prefer it a little softer like I do.
**NEW 🚨Parma ham red wine pear salad with yuzu yoghurt dressing**
This is a new salad and it’s perfect for summer. Parma ham is generous and the dressing is refreshing. The red wine infused pear adds depth to the salad 👍👍
**Soft shell crab sushi taco with crab roe & spicy sauce**
The tempura battered nori is super crunchy as usual and the deep-fried soft shell crab is delicious when you eat them with fresh green salad & cucumber. Ultimate satisfaction each time. Truly love their sushi tacos. Try the scallop and eel! They are really good too.
**Butter Pan seared Hokkaido scallop with seaweed cream sauce**
Generous portion and scallop is fresh and nicely seared to golden brown. Texture is just right for the scallops. Sauce is tad salty but overall still a very comforting dish.
** NEW🚨Baked Aomori Apple Crumble**
Must try and highly recommend. One of the yummiest apple crumble I’ve had for a long time. The filling is not dry nor watery just perfect and the crumbly topping is crisp and not overly sweet! The plating itself is appealing and oh the smell is heavenly 💕. This is my new favourite dessert at Que aside from their tiramisu and Q-ube cakes.
