It was super convenient to book a table online when we visited last year. The ‘Forever Diva’ afternoon tea set that we had was inspired by the movie Anita, so there were quite a few innovative delicacies, such as the popping candy foie gras choux puff and spicy-kiss 54% dark chocolate mousse.
A signature part of all their afternoon tea sets is that there is a share plate served separately from the savories/pastries and scones. Ours was a unique meringue mountain with red berry and white wine jelly placed on a fancy glass tray
Tip: remember to choose outdoor seats for a stunning view of the surrounding TST landmarks!
