This is my second time in Rondavy's Artisan Kitchen, this little Jardin upstairs in Causeway Bay. Heard the good news from blogger friends through Facebook that Ron's place has re-built and enlarged a lot with new painting on the wall. Environment: Step into this little space whenever daytime or night, I'm always warmed up with the home feeling and those warming colors everywhere. The long wall with the whole garden in spring painting is so impressive. That's absolutely a kind of luxury for people rushing here and there in busy city like Hong Kong.

Big All-Day-Breakfast: New member of Rondavy's menu, offered from 10am to late. Big potion is my first impression to it, healthy is the second coz of big ratio of salads and a little less salty taste overall. Actually it's not competitive when all-day-breakfast meals are floating in HK's F&B market.

Afternoon-tea Set: First time to have high-tea set when all black outside. Croissant is the signature of Rondavy's that you cannot miss if visiting their shop. The shiny appearance is so gorgeous just the same as its crispy and truffle-fragrant taste. Second layer includes light salty sandwiches. Mousse cake is my second recommendation to you! Normally they are in square shape, in plain presentation without any fancy decoration. Each flavor is paired with right custard to make a light & strong balance in mouth, for example, Tofu with Digest Biscuit, Lemongrass with Coco Cookie. The most favorite flavor to me are, Lychee, Tofu and Pear. Lychee is the most strong flavor among three, but still keep its fresh and taste authentically made of fruit instead of being mixed up by chemical stuff. Besides, the new flavor, Mocha and Fig, I cannot say they are not good, but we are always giving higher mark to the unfamiliar flavors, right?
In fact, most of customers coming in that night choose Rondavy's dinner set which includes one regular drink. The menu is giving 5-6 choices of pasta dishes with different toppings. Maybe next time, I shall visit them again, and ask for a cup of cute bear coffee. OMG, I'm already starting to miss those light & yummy mousse cakes.
