Pleasant little place to chill (after some shopping) in the hub of causeway bay to enjoy afternoon tea at @viviennewestwoodcafehk 😋the set is around $700 for two including 3 kinds of savouries, 5 kinds of sweets, scones, and 2 drinks. For savouries, the wagyu katsu sandwich is the highlight and there are 4 pieces of them to share! The wagyu is seared just right, and the katsu coating won’t be too thick! For savouries, the wagyu katsu sandwich is the highlight and there are 4 pieces of them to share! The wagyu is seared just right, and the katsu coating won’t be too thick! The toast is warm and crispy as well. The seared shrimp with mango and tomato salad is very refreshing, the shrimp meat is bouncy 🤪the sweets are generally nice, I especially liked the chocolate orange mini cupcake, the chocolate and orange taste are balanced without being overly sweet. The apple tart with almond paste is quite special too! The scones have raisins inside, the texture is on the hard side so it doesn’t break easily 👌🏻 love that it comes with a jar of clotted cream 😍 there is a great variety of drinks to choose from including floral tea, fruit tea, coffee, etc. My iced rose latte is really pretty with rose petals and their logo on top, it tastes good! Also, got the apple garden herb tea… it’s absolutely soothing! The pot comes with candle underneath to keep warm. The apple is really fragrant and the tea won’t taste artificially sweet. Quite relaxing to enjoy afternoon tea in this quiet cafe, love the table by the window for some people watching as well 😌I only wish the chairs were not that hard to have a more cozy feel. The afternoon tea set is served from 2-6pm daily.
