Since my colleague and I need to work OT tonight, we decided to go nearby for a quick dinner before going back to office. We went to 海汇粥品, in between of Quarry Bay and Tai Koo MTR .They served local Hong Kong breakfast, such as congee, noodle soup or fried noodle, rice roll and drinks etc. Iced soya drink - The staff said it was hand made by themselves, and it was grind till smooth and sweet, with strong soya bean taste. Iced soya drink - The staff said it was hand made by themselves, and it was grind till smooth and sweet, with strong soya bean taste.
Fried dough in rice roll - Fried dough was crispy and rice roll was made on the spot, served hot. Rice roll was steamed till soft and smooth.
Congee with dried oysters and minced beef - Congee was cooked till soft and smooth, flavourful as well as it absorbed the essence of dried oysters. Dried oysters were chewy and smooth.
