Romantic Rooftop with the view to QRC
We pick the Sparkling Rose recommended by the staff🥂
we ‘d like to experience the dinning area on 4th floor because we just pass by there when going up to the rooftop
We were brought to the fine dining area located on 4/F <Private Room>
We are then served with olive oil + vinegar and followed by freshly baked Focaccia 🤩🤩
Smell so good!! 🥖Texture and taste are also awesome!👍🏼And its very hot!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
1️⃣Iberico Ham + Caramelized Fig😆
Ham is neuturally salted if comparing with general pamaham. The fig has its outside crispy😻😻and sweet flesh due to the caramel😻
2️⃣Clams
Clams are managed to be just done! Its important because overcook will lead to collapsed clams! The sauce is seasoned by herbsss - like it!👍🏼
3️⃣Deep Fried Calamari
Simple seasoning but tastes pretty good! Beer will be perfect match
