After finishing the chicken pot, we ordered pork bone soup to cook the seafood, beef, dumplings and veggies.
Seafood was unarguably the highlight of the menu. Lobster, shrimp, crab, scallop, giant grouper and abalone.. you name it. The abalone was served live - so fresh that even after cooking, it maintained a tender-crisp and delicate texture.
We kept eating nonstop for almost 2 hours and even the staff offered us dessert, we had no room for that. What a scrumptious meal!
