Amazing curry rice!

Was shopping in pacific place then I was walking towards Wanchai and I tumbled upon this gem. The seats were comfy and it there was lot of room to sit. Ordered the curry beef brisket as this is a staple dish in a lot of restaurant in Hong Kong (tried this dish a lot of times). This stands out among most of them. Why? The sauce is rich and extremely tasty, the coconut favor is not too over powering and the spice level is just right. There is something special about the potatoes in the curry dish

Ordered the curry beef brisket as this is a staple dish in a lot of restaurant in Hong Kong (tried this dish a lot of times). This stands out among most of them. Why? The sauce is rich and extremely tasty, the coconut favor is not too over powering and the spice level is just right. There is something special about the potatoes in the curry dish too. Usually I am not a fan of potatoes in curry but this is very surprising. I would say the potatoes is the star of the dish. Because they are fried or baked before being stewed in the curry. The outside is nice and caramelized while the inside the potatoes is nice and fluffy. If I come back definitely will get this dish again.
