Being suckers for Yakiniku, the urge to visit a restaurant with high quality beef has been brewing for quite some time. After some research, our small group of 4 decided to visit this place. Upon making the reservation, we were recommended to visit the website, where we can order red wine to go with our meal. As for the meal, we decided to go with the Platinum set for 4. The highlight for me was the Japanese A5 Wagyu Triangle Tip, which was so soft and tender that almost melted in my mouth. The award-winning Australian M9+ Wagyu Sirloin had so much flavour, it is very rare to find this quality in other restaurants. Topping it off is the Japanese A5 Wagyu w. Onsen Tamago Rice. The sauce was done just right that the rice, beef and egg seamlessly merged into one. Fantastic~ 😋
There are also some great quality Japanese Sake or Belgium Trappist Beer. I had a bottle of Chimay Gold, the subtle honey and citrus notes was the perfect way to kickstart a meal 😁🍻
It truly lives up to and beyond its name: Nice Yakiniku and Fine Wine Restaurant.
