I was surprised with the quality of local and imported Ingredients/produces used, the cooking technics and the mastering of produces in each dish resulting in a greater purity and explosive of flavours, complexity produces structures in each dish that I tasted. Dishes offer and Excellent balance of finesse, entertainment, surprise profoundness. MIAN’s Restaurant has his unique respectful extraordinary position among many Fine Dining Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. I experience the use of amazing quality of the ingredients, mastery of flavour and cooking techniques, Chef Roland personality and creating such wonderful harmony of flavours. The attention to details both on the plate and in the dining room is extraordinary. The service is friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about all food which I tasted. Next time I will visit again Mian’s Chinese restaurant with more foodie friends and put together our menu based on Chefs Ronald signature and seasonal dishes to deeply experience his glamours dishes.
