This has got to be one of the best steakhouses in town. We ordered the USDA Prime Ribeye (450g) (HK$980) which was very tender and succulent with excellent flavour and execution. Other options included American wagyu, Australian grass-fed beef and Korean Hanwoo. The devilled lobster tagliatelle was also cooked to al dente and loved the creamy sauce with a slight spicy kick. Price tag isn't cheap but the food quality and environment make it worth the price.
