Imported chicken, cook just as it should. tender but cook right till deep inside.I gave a 5 star to the sauce taste.Presentation on the dish was very elegant, Very interesting rice with black pepper and garlic.Akadori chicken is imported from Japan.

题外话/补充资料：
Preparing time a little slow, but well compensated by sincere service and lovely character of the manager.
Food well cooked, and we recommend people to have a go.
Newly re-opened, will definitely go again to see as it gets mature and experienced service.
we had a very good wine from old vines, Colinne Saint jean Vacqueyras.
very expressive without needed to be aged in oak barrel. a pleasure till the last drop.
