My second day back to Hong Kong and hoping my son can surprise with new restaurants that he selected. Out of nowhere he picked Aya, I know the location which is where I buy fresh noodle but I did not realise they also do such a fantastic job on miso bone broth, brought me all the way back to shin Bashi Station and Shibuya. Amazing! With my son’s endorsement, I am posting this positive comments and hope to discover more shops like Aya, a shop with Takumi heart
