🐑 Australian Lamb Chops • Spiced Lamb Cutlet, Mint Raita, Couscous: The lamb chops were tender and did not have the gamey smell. The couscous added a nice texture to the dish. 🐷 Kurobuta Pork Loin • Grilled Pork, Miso Butter, Kimchi Salad: The pork loin was a bit dry and tough. 🍮 DESSERTS
🍋 Citrus Tart • Yuzu Curd, Mandarin Confiture, Fresh Raspberries: A very tangy dessert. Would be better if it was sweeter to achieve a better balance. 🍫 Sakura Black Forest • Morello Cherries, Dark Chocolate Mousse, Sakura Jelly, Sakura Bean Cream, Sakura Pearls: Average Black Forest Cake with light Sakura aroma. The Sakura Pearls added a nice crunchy texture to the cake. The atmosphere was really intimate and quiet as there were not many customers.
Loved how they paid attention to the temperature of the hot dishes and served them in warm plates.
